Sunny skies bring 100-plus runners to 5k Doggy Dash

Greensboro’s annual Doggy Dash, a scenic 5k along the historic sector of downtown and beyond, was held Saturday under sunny skies. Over 100 runners had registered for the event and brought along their favorite furry canine to support their efforts. The run was organized 14 years ago by Dr.

Jury awards $22M for wrongful death at Durhamtown

A Greene County jury awarded $22 million last week to the family of Dr. Adam White for his wrongful death outlined in a lawsuit against Durhamtown Off Road Park Inc. and its owner-operator, Robert M. McCommons.
