Downtown Greensboro kicks off busy event season

The Greensboro Business Association (GBA) held its inaugural event in downtown Greensboro under sunny skies with visitors coming to the city from near and far. Mardi Gras was celebrated through colorfully decorated storefronts and gift baskets to be won following a drawing held later.

Downtown Greensboro prepares for holiday season

The leaves are changing color and there is a chill in the air, which means that the holidays are close at hand. Downtown Greensboro will kick off its holiday season with the Lighting of the Tree from 6-8 p.m. on Dec. 2 on the courthouse lawn.
