Lake Oconee Academy gets big W over War Eagles

Lake Oconee Academy’s football team is off to its best start in program history.The Titans improved to 4-0 on the season with a close 35-34 win over Brentwood Academy last Friday.“Brentwood was a very well-coached and disciplined team,” LOA head coach Patrick Stewart said.

Titans to face Glenn Hills in first road game

Following a big 35-34 win over Brentwood Academy last week, Lake Oconee Academy has turned the page to Glenn Hills.The Titans (4-0) will travel to Augusta for their first road game against the Spartans (0-3).“We got a big win on Friday night against Brentwood,” LOA head coach Patrick Stewart said.

Lake Oconee Academy cruised to a 21-3 victory over George Walton Academy last Friday, improving to 2-0 on the year.This is the first time in program history that the Titans have started a season 2-0 and secured a win over George Walton.

Lake Oconee Academy shows promise in preseason scrimmage

Lake Oconee Academy played one of two scheduled preseason scrimmages last Friday and easily defeated Cherokee Christian 28-10 at Tucker Field in Greensboro.
