One zoning variance denied, another withdrawn

Wellington Park will become Andrews Park

Whether you were among those who knew it as Black Top or those who knew it as Wellington Park, the city park on Hwy. 83, just north of Madison Town Square, will henceforth be known as Rodney Andrews Park in honor of the late scholar and Madison native.

Allegations stack up against Madison city manager
