Written in 1939, Agatha Christie once recounted And Then There Were None was one of her most difficult stories to write.

A large audience attended a performance by The Jazz Legacy Project, featuring the music of the late, great Johnny Mercer, last Thursday at Festival Hall in Greensboro. Blakey was an American jazz drummer and bandleader, who made a name for himself in the 1940s with Billy Eckstine and Fletcher Henderson, two of the big bands of the time.
