Lady Titans win back-to-back region titles

The Lake Oconee Academy girls soccer team recently won the region title for the second year in a row. The LOA girls secured the title with a 4-1 win on March 28 over Lincoln County, and they finished their region schedule with a 4-0 record.

The Lake Oconee Academy boys soccer team easily defeated Lincoln County by a score of 7-1 on March 28, securing the Class A Division II Region 8 championship.The Titans blazed their way through region play, sporting a perfect 4-0 record at the end.

The Greene County girls soccer team got a huge region win on Friday, March 28, securing its spot in the postseason.The Lady Tigers defeated Washington-Wilkes 4-1 behind a strong performance from Maria Mendez, who scored her first two goals of the season.
