MORGAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
Robert Ezra Jenkins, 44, of Porterdale was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct. According to reports, Jenkins got into an altercation with his stepson and caused a disturbance at a Rutledge campground.
