MORGAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
A Morgan County deputy was dispatched to a Lower Apalachee Road address Dec. 28 in reference to stolen items.
Quantavious Marquis Smith, 31, of Madison was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving while unlicensed, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce) and tampering with evidence.
