    The Greene County Board of Education unanimously voted in an open session on Dec. 15 to approve a new settlement offer, hoping to end a legal dispute with Lake Oconee Academy. “I feel ecstatic,” BOE Chairman Mike Lynch told the Lake Oconee News.  The next day, LOA Board of Governors Chairman Michael Tompkins said he had not yet seen what was passed. ...
