Morgan County’s Class of 2026 took a trip down memory lane and walked the halls of their former schools on May 20 before receiving their diplomas two days later.
The ceremony took place shortly before school dismissed for the day, and students lined the halls with their teachers to greet the graduates as they made their way down. The senior class took a trip to the board of education, along with the middle, elementary, and primary schools, where they greeted students and teachers.
Many of the graduates stopped to high-five students and hug their former teachers as they spotted them in the hallways. Several educators had the opportunity to walk down the hall with their children, who were a part of the graduating Class.
The Class of 2026 graduation ceremony took place on Friday, May 22, in the school’s competition gym, as inclement weather occurred during the evening.
