Morgan County guard Cydney Burke has been a vital piece of the Lady Dogs’ success this season.
The senior, now in her fourth year on the varsity roster, reached a major milestone by scoring her 1,000th career point during a 65–17 road win over Rutland on Jan. 13.
Burke entered the game just four points shy of the mark and reached it early with a putback.
