Putnam County Elementary School students could barely contain their excitement as author Stanley Tucker, better known as “Stan the Man,” spoke to them at a particular flock last Tuesday.Tucker graduated from Kennesaw State in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

Madison hosts Vote Your Values Festival

Madison’s Town Park hosted the Vote Your Values Festival on Oct. 26, the last Saturday to vote in the 2024 election.According to a press release announcing the event, voters could stroll to the poll with the festival’s fitness team or catch a ride on the “Votemobile” shuttle.
