Lake Oconee Elks Lodge pack it up

Lake Oconee Elks Lodge No. 2849, represented by Bill Lewis (left), delivered 150 backpacks on July 12, to M. E. Lewis Elementary School in Hancock County.

School principal Anton Anthony was pleased to receive the packs filled with paper, folders, colored pencils, markers, crayons, pens, pencils, erasers, glue sticks, rulers and other school supplies.

The lodge used the Beacon and Spotlight Grants from the Grand Lodge for this project.
