XC: Lady Dogs place 10th in Carrollton during state meet

The Morgan County girls’ cross-country traveled to Carrollton this past weekend for the GHSA Class AAA state meet, and the Lady ‘Dogs left with a 10th-place finish. MCHS girls’ head coach Erin Spinks was proud of her team on their performance.

XC: Morgan County sweeps Region 4-AAA meet

The Morgan County Cross Country team swept the Region 4-AAA meet last Wednesday. The Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs placed first in the region meet for a second straight season. Both teams will move on to the GHSA Class AAA state meet in Carrolton on Nov. 5.

XC: Runnin’ Dogs show out at home meet

The Morgan County cross country team showed out at its only home meet of the regular season. The Dogs placed second overall, finishing right behind Class 7A’s Mountain View High School.

CROSS COUNTRY: Morgan County XC ready to run wild

The Morgan County cross country team will begin its season in a couple of weeks. Both the ‘Dogs and Lady ‘Dogs have been training together over the course of the summer in hopes of repeating in October before the state meet in November. Morgan County starts its 2022 season on Saturday, Aug.
