MORGAN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE A Morgan County deputy was dispatched to an Athens Highway address June 1 in reference to a theft complaint. The complainant said someone removed the catalytic converter from a Ford E-450 van belonging to Morgan County. The case was turned over to investigations.
