Putnam County's BJ Ruff commits to play at Emmanuel

BJ Ruff’s dream of playing college baseball will soon come true.The Putnam County pitcher and infielder recently committed to play baseball at Emmanuel University. He will enroll in classes next month and start the offseason as a member of the Lions.“It honestly feels great to pursue my goal.

‘Dogs host Pups for pipeline camp

Morgan County High School’s football team hosted its Pipeline Camp last week, and more than 50 kids attended.The Dogs and the coaching staff hosted children ages five through 12 at the three-day camp, which ran last Monday through Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Billy Corry Stadium.
