LOA faces another road test at Landmark Christian

Following a decisive win over Glenn Hills, Lake Oconee Academy will have another tough road test at Landmark Christian this Friday, hoping to stay undefeated.The War Eagles come into the game with a 3-1 record.

Kirby Smart ‘proud’ of Bulldogs in Lexington

Georgia left Kroger Field in Lexington this past Saturday with a win over Kentucky, but it wasn’t easy.The Bulldogs defeated the Wildcats 13-12 in their SEC opener and head into the bye week with a 3-0 record. However, after the close win, they’re now ranked No. 2 in the Associated Press poll.

Strong first half propels Morgan to defeat Greene

Morgan County used a fast offensive start in the first half to defeat rival Greene County 35-13 this past Friday.The ‘Dogs (4-0) played with a sense of urgency to start the game, which was encouraging to their head coach.

Lake Oconee Academy gets big W over War Eagles

Lake Oconee Academy’s football team is off to its best start in program history.The Titans improved to 4-0 on the season with a close 35-34 win over Brentwood Academy last Friday.“Brentwood was a very well-coached and disciplined team,” LOA head coach Patrick Stewart said.

Carson Beck tied a program record by throwing five touchdown passes in a 48-3 victory at home on Saturday over Tennessee Tech. It was a career game for Beck as he became the eighth Bulldog quarterback to pass for five scores in a game.

Lady Titans' volleyball off to strong start on the court

Lake Oconee Academy’s volleyball team is off to an excellent start, entering the weekend at 13-2 overall.Under the guidance of head coach Chris Ingle, the Lady Titans have shown great promise this season. Ingle is confident that this team has the potential to make a deep run in the playoffs.

Titans to face Glenn Hills in first road game
