According to The New York Times, Jordan Neely got on the northbound F-Train at the 2nd Avenue subway station at around 2 p.m. on May 1, 2023.
Before the F-Train reached the Broadway-Lafayette Street station, Daniel Penny had placed Neely on a submission hold.
Neely would die at the Lennox Hill Hospital before 3 p.m.
