Bingo for the Arts benefits Festival Hall

Last Thursday evening at Festival Hall was great entertainment and fun as Bingo for the Arts took to the stage in front of a large crowd.

With more than 250 tickets sold, Bingo for the Arts brought the community together to support the fundraising goals of Festival Hall to provide ongoing upkeep and modernization of the historic Greensboro landmark.

There were 15 rounds of Bingo played, with the numbers rolled out by Festival Hall Board Chairman Blayne May and announced by Vice Chair Justin Cullifer. Each round allowed everyone to win a prize donated by local businesses and supporters. DJ and board member Jarvis Wingfield provided music.

Two food trucks, Burch and Southern Smoke Shack BBQ, served great food and had long waiting lines, while inside Festival Hall, a great selection of wines and beers was available to quench every thirst.
