Union Point man arrested after throwing fish plate at deputy

A Union Point man is in jail following a Nov. 7 altercation in which he threw a plate of food at a Greene County deputy.

Robert Latroy Briscoe, 41, now faces charges of littering, obstruction, probation violation, public drunkenness, and simple battery on a police officer.
