Madison planning and development director earns state recognition

    City of Madison Planning and Development Director Monica Callahan was recently recognized statewide at the Georgia Municipal Association’s annual convention in Savannah.

    Callahan, who has worked for the City of Madison for nearly 30 years, received the 2026 Starr Award from the Georgia Cities Foundation (GCF).
