Festival Hall, Greensboro’s premier arts venue and cultural center, is gearing up for its 3rd annual fundraiser, Bingo for the Arts, on Jan. 23 at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets are now on sale.
Get ready to shout “Bingo!” because the Hall is lining up an evening packed with thrilling rounds of everyone’s favorite game. But this isn’t your grandma’s bingo — each round comes with the chance to win incredible prizes donated by local businesses and supporters. The purpose of this exciting fundraiser is twofold: to raise funds for the preservation and modernization of Festival Hall and to bring the community together in support of the arts.
By participating in this event, attendees will enjoy a night of fun and help preserve a cherished local institution. In fact, with the proceeds of its last two Bingo for the Arts, Festival Hall was able to install a brand-new projection system — a much-needed upgrade.
“I can’t believe we are in a new year,” said director Nicole Chillemi. “We are so looking forward to ringing in the new year with our Bingo for the Arts. It will be a fun night.”
In addition to the main event, this fundraiser will feature food trucks, a live DJ, and a selection of beer and wine for purchase to toast the evening's success.
Purchase your ticket today for $50, or secure a spot with friends by purchasing a table of 8 for $400. We are also seeking sponsors and prize donors to make our third Bingo for the Arts the best one yet. For tickets or more information, visit our website, festivalhallga.com.
