Georgia has joined a bipartisan coalition of 33 states in filing a federal lawsuit accusing social media giant Meta of knowingly designing and deploying harmful features on its platforms that addict children and teens. The suit, filed in the U.S.

You don’t see a cattle drive in Greene County often, but Greene County deputies, fire and rescue personnel, and local cattlemen turned out to round up cows that were released onto I-20 on the afternoon of Oct. 24 as a result of a truck fire.

Warning period begins for new school zone speed safety cameras

In a joint effort by the Greene County School System and Greensboro Police Department to improve campus safety by enforcing school zone speed limits, Greensboro will begin issuing warnings for the new school zone speed cameras on Oct. 30.
