More problems have arisen for the beleaguered Savannah Court at Lake Oconee senior care home. A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against the facility on Willow Run Road in Greensboro.
In August last year, Savannah Court was sent a Notice of Intent to Revoke Permit by the Georgia Department of Community Health (GDCH). It is the state agency overseeing and issuing permits to senior care homes.
