    A multi-jurisdictional investigation involving the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and three other agencies has culminated in the arrests of two suspects.

    According to a press release from the Athens-Clarke County Police Department, Darrell Jackson, 40, and Darien Woodrum, 30, face charges of trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking fentanyl and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

    Investigators with the GCSO, the Northeast Georgia Regional Task Force, the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office seized more than seven kilograms of methamphetamine, six ounces of fentanyl and more than eight pounds of marijuana.
