A Memphis man was arrested on April 1 following a police pursuit on I-20 that spanned three counties.
As a result, Marquis Deandre Brown, 37, has been charged with speeding, reckless driving, felony fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding, improper lane change, unlawful use of the emergency lane, and driving while license suspended.
