Greene County hosts 2025 Homecoming festivities

Greene County High School celebrated Homecoming Week Oct. 13-17 with multiple festivities, including the annual parade, dress-up days, and painting the senior rock. The school presented its 2025 Homecoming Court Oct. 17 during halftime of the Tigers’ regional matchup with Washington-Wilkes.

Shakespeare in the Park a hit in Eatonton

Surrounding the fountain outside The Plaza Arts Center in Eatonton, audiences were treated to a live-action sampling of Shakespeare this past weekend, thanks to the vision and passion of local artist Gretter Naranjo.
