The Morgan County High School football team and athletics department hosted youth night this past week.

More than 100 young cheerleaders, youth football players and volunteer recreational coaches lined the field Friday night at Bill Corry Stadium before the Bulldogs’ game against Monroe Area.

They all got to cheer on the Morgan County football team before it ran out of the locker room.

The youth league cheerleaders got to perform pre-game and the players were honored as they walked onto the field. They all smiled and waved at the crowd cheering them on from the stands.

The applause from the home stands at Bill Corry Stadium was loud as Morgan County’s team ran out. The faces of the cheerleaders, coaches and rec players all had smiles during that special moment.

The sense of community could be felt throughout the entire night as the Bulldogs prevailed over No. 7 Monroe Area. A sense of pride could be felt throughout the crowd as the entire night was fun.
