The Lake Country Players (LCP) recently received several nominations for the prestigious Broadway World Regional Atlanta Awards.
The Greensboro-based community theatre group has been recognized across several categories, celebrating its productions this year of Arsenic & Old Lace and Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
These nominations highlight the diverse talent and dedication of LCP, a cornerstone of the Lake Country theatre community. Arsenic & Old Lace's recognition spans multiple acting, directing, and design categories, while Big River shines in its musical direction and standout performances.
Director Mo Brower led the nominations and received acknowledgments for her directing and scenic design work for Arsenic and Old Lace. Meanwhile, Charlotte Mosteller received praise for her Big River musical direction, bringing Mark Twain’s classic tale to life with vibrancy and heart.
