Greensboro Post Office endures computer challenges

For the past several weeks, the Greensboro Post Office located at 115 S. Main St. has been experiencing computer problems that have affected its retail operations. According to Debra Fetterly, a strategic communications specialist for the United States Postal Service, the situation is temporary.

Man found dead near Greensboro Post Office

Greensboro police officers were dispatched to the Greensboro Post Office on Oct. 17 in reference to an unresponsive male found on the steps who was cold to the touch. According to the Greensboro Police Department, the deceased man was identified as 53-year-old Walter Jordan, 53, of Siloam.
