Several Lake Country area football programs have moved their games up a day this week due to expected inclement weather from Hurricane Ian. Here's a list of the confirmed changes: Baldwin High at Howard High, 7 p.m. (Thursday, 9/29) GMC Prep at Johnson County, 7:00 p.m.

ALAMO – GMC Prep started the season on the wrong side of things Friday night. Wheeler County defeated the Bulldogs of Milledgeville 42-14 in the 2022 opener. A lot went wrong for GMC Prep at Wheeler County.

Georgia Military College (GMC) Preparatory School enters its 2022 season with high expectations following last year’s outstanding performance. The GMC Bulldogs won the Region 7A-Public championship last year after finishing with a 10-1 record.
