Conyers-based company moving to Greensboro

A Conyers-based company is relocating to Greensboro after having purchased the land several years ago.
The land across Highway 44 from the former Athens Tech building (lower right) is being considered for development of a 364-acre light industrial park. The property is currently located in Greene County but the developer is asking for it to be annexed to the City of Greensboro. MARK ENGEL/Staff

Work continues at Exit 130 of I-20 in Greene County on a new Holiday Inn Express, Longhorn Steak House and RaceTrac gas station that will soon join recently opened Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s shops.
