Developer shares background of Hotel Eatonton project

Theonie Alicandro, chief operations officer and general counsel for the Drew Company, said it all started in October 2022 when a request for proposal (RFP) notice crossed her desk in Boston.

If all goes according to plan, within the next 18-24 months, visitors to Eatonton and Putnam County will have a new boutique hotel as their temporary address in town.
