National Hospital Week comes May 7-13 this year and Putnam General Hospital (PGH) is already gearing up for a week-long celebration.

Shooting victim draws crowd to Putnam General Hospital

Two shootings reportedly happened in Hancock County Tuesday evening. The outcome of one of them spilled over into Putnam County, but without incident, according to authorities. A call reportedly came into Putnam 911 Tuesday night about a vehicle wreck with injuries near the Hancock County line.

PGH earns safety award
