The Putnam Players of Putnam County High School (PCHS) presented the musical play Fiddler on the Roof in shows Nov. 1, 2 and 4 at the PCHS Black Box Theatre, just days after student actors David Trice and Nevaeh Marshall were named Region All-Star Cast members for their performances during the Region One-Act Competition the previous Saturday in Augusta.

Two recent Putnam County High School (PCHS) graduates were presented with scholarship checks last Friday from Dr. Willie Oliver at his Most Valuable Smiles (MVS) dentistry practice on Eatonton’s downtown square.

Putnam County High School (PCHS) celebrated its largest-ever senior class when 202 graduates were named in a ceremony on May 26, at Al Reaves Field in Eatonton.

Throughout the 2022‘23 school semesters, Putnam County High School (PCHS) offered an Advanced Placement (AP) art class for the second-straight year, in which students created a portfolio of art that included five completed works and interim submissions as parts of a sustained investigation.

After losing to Athens Academy 12-1 last Monday, Putnam County baseball bounced back with a dominant performance over Butler in its Region 4-AA opener the following day. The War Eagles defeated the Bulldogs 21-0 on their home field in Eatonton on Tuesday, Feb.

Holiday cheer filled the halls and walls of Putnam County High School on Dec. 8, as Holiday in Our Halls showcased the artwork and various talents of numerous students.
