Top-ranked Bulldogs run away from Gators

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – After trailing Florida early this past week, No. 1 Georgia turned up the heat quickly. The Gators led 7-3 after each team’s first drive in the first quarter, but the Bulldogs responded by scoring 36 unanswered points.

Georgia shifts focus to Mizzou’s high-powered offense

Top-ranked Georgia is set to host a much-improved Missouri squad this Saturday at Sanford Stadium. The No. 15 Tigers (7-1 SEC, 5-0) are playing well at this point in the season and they’re hoping to come into Athens and knock off the two-time defending national champion Bulldogs (8-0, 5-0).

Bulldogs set to face Florida in Jacksonville

Coming off a bye week, No. 1 Georgia (7-0, 4-0 SEC) is set to face Florida this Saturday in Jacksonville. The Gators (5-2, 3-1) struggled earlier this season, but are on a two-game winning streak, with their most recent victory a come-from-behind 41-39 win over South Carolina two weeks ago.

No. 1 Bulldogs run away from Vanderbilt, improve to 7-0

It wasn’t pretty, but a win is a win as top-ranked Georgia defeated Vanderbilt 37-20 to improve to 7-0. The Commodores were 32-point underdogs entering Saturday and gave the heavily favored Bulldogs a run for their money, trailing by 10 points late in the game, but couldn’t pull off the upset.

Bulldogs enter bye week banged up but making no excuses

Top-ranked Georgia (7-0, 4-0 SEC) enters its bye week at a great time in the season, with hopes of improving as a team and getting some injured players back before facing rival Florida on Oct. 27.

Smart, Bulldogs look to stay perfect in Nashville

After defeating the No. 20-ranked Kentucky Wildcats in Sanford Stadium last Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs now prepare to travel to Nashville this weekend.

Beck has career night as Georgia’s offense flourishes in win over No. 20 Wildcats

Not much went wrong for Carson Beck in No. 1 Georgia’s 51-13 win over No. 20 Kentucky on Saturday. Beck set career highs in passing yards, completions, and touchdowns. The Jacksonville, Fl., native completed 28-of-35 passes for 389 yards, four passing scores and one interception in the win.

Kentucky running back Ray Davis had a career day against Florida this past Saturday, rushing for a career-high 280 yards and three touchdowns while also hauling in a catch for a score.

Beck, Bowers boost Bulldogs past Auburn

Bowers has historic night in Georgia’s win over UAB

Bulldogs’ tight end Brock Bowers reached a historic career milestone in Georgia’s win over UAB-Birmingham last Saturday. Bowers hauled in nine receptions for 121 yards and two touchdowns against the Blazers.
