STMA hosts first Founder’s Day Celebration

The Steffen Thomas Museum of Art held its ‘Founder's Day Celebration’ on July 23, featuring a fundraising lunch in honor of its founder, Sara Thomas, and patrons enjoyed a delicious meal from Thomas Wilms Fine Catering & Special Events.

Buckhead elects third mayor in last 12 months

The small, quaint little town of Buckhead in Morgan County elected its third mayor in the last 12 months at Monday’s city council meeting. Former Buckhead mayor Steve Bryant edged out former Morgan County Board of Commissioners member Thomas Bell.
