Greene County Elections: Tucker, Combs upset incumbents; Bashore holds on; Filice loses out in three-way race

Greene County Board of Commissioners Chairman Gary Usry and District 2 Commissioner Jeffery Smith ran unopposed for seats, but incumbent Republican Ernie Filice is out. Challengers Mark Blanton and Steve Broadbent are headed to a runoff next month.
