ATHENS — Morgan County’s track and field teams competed in the 2026 GHSA Class 2A state championship on May 14 at the University of Georgia’s Spec Towns Track, sending 18 athletes to the season’s final meet.
Head coach Kelan Fraise reflected on the program’s performance at state and the 2026 season, noting that the experience gave athletes valuable exposure to high-level competition.
