Seriously, you put a “Hands Off” rally in Madison as front-page news?
The claims these “protestors” are making are nothing more than fearmongering by the radical left Democrats, as evidenced by the list of speakers and commentators at these so-called rallies.
The claims these uninformed agitators are making about President Trump eliminating and privatizing Social Security and cutting Medicare and Medicaid for seniors are completely fabricated lies and fearmongering. The Trump Administration has repeatedly said, they are not eliminating or cutting Social Security or Medicare for anyone EXCEPT THOSE WHO SHOULD NOT BE GETTING IT!
Identifying the waste, fraud, and abuse in our government agencies should be “trumpeted,” by both Democrats and Republicans alike.
The Trump Administration is doing what should have been done years ago! No administration (Democrat or Republican) has dared to call out the waste, fraud, and abuse that is rampant in our government. The Trump administration, with the help of DOGE, is doing the work necessary to save Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.
You would think even a Democrat would applaud getting rid of waste, fraud, and abuse! But no? They vilify anyone who tries to do the right thing! It is a sad state of affairs when you have an entire Democrat party that works to keep their constituents misinformed!
As for the thought of privatizing a government system? It is common knowledge that if you want something to run over budget and with poor service, let the government run it!
Our government has proven time and time again that it can’t run any social program efficiently.
You want excellent service? Try calling the Social Security office! Try calling the IRS! Just see where that gets you!
That front-page story discredits what I believe to be a good newspaper.
