Recently, I learned about Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD), a condition marked by excessive emotionality and a constant need for attention and approval. People with HPD feel uncomfortable when they aren’t the center of attention and often resort to dramatic or exaggerated behavior to get the validation they crave.
