Dear editor,
I found it very disappointing that my local paper, Lake Oconee News, would put a picture of the “No Kings” protestors with a sign saying “86/47” and an article on the front page!
So, this is what you call front-page news? Maybe you don’t know what 86/47 stands for. These liberal Democrat protestors, (some paid to be there), are quite ignorant of facts. The original “No Kings” events started in 1775, and culminated with America’s freedom from said “king” in 1776!
It is quite ironic that these ill-informed Democrats are protesting exactly what their party did this past election! The Democrat party pulled a coup on their duly elected primary winner, Joe Biden, and without any vote, coronated the worst candidate in history for their party, Kamala Harris! She did not receive one vote! Not one! She was appointed by the Democrat party, much like “kings” are appointed.
The “no king” rallies across the United States are just another cover for the likes of Antifa and BLM rioters to riot! We saw this Democrat-funded playbook back in 2000! The Rules of Salinsky are in play here! These liberal demonstrators, when asked what they are protesting, have no answers.
None!
They simply spew the lying Democrat talking points they see on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, et al! They regurgitate the false statements by the likes of Schumer, Warren, Crockett, Omar, etc.
It is all “Orange Man Bad!”In virtually all the major Democrat-run cities and states, these “No King” protests turned into riots with “mostly peaceful demonstrators burning police cars and businesses and assaulting our brave men and women in uniform!"
This is what they get for Biden allowing more than 21 million illegal aliens, criminals, and terrorists to enter our country unvetted! These liberal protestors scream that Trump is taking eight million people off of Medicare/ Medicaid! What they leave out is that the eight million being eliminated are NOT eligible for these taxpayer-funded programs! The same for Social Security!
These liberal protestors should realize that, because we are a republic, they are given the chance to show their ignorance in a public display without being imprisoned or executed as they would be in a regime with a king!
… DO BETTER! If you want to post a picture that calls for the assassination of our president, maybe you should relegate such an article to the “fish wrapper” section of the paper!
