In last week’s story headlined “Development authority gets school boards to talk – a little bit,” the website schooldigger.com was referenced in ranking LOA versus GCHS. That comparison is inaccurate because only limited data is available from 2021 test scores. The site also did not use LOA’s 2021 high school scores, according to the Greene County Board of Education. No such comparison exists from the Georgia Department of Education. The Lake Oconee News regrets the error.
