Madison’s annual holiday parade and Caroling by Candlelight returns Saturday, Dec. 14, with fun new twists. Enjoy the parade’s Twelve Days of Christmas theme from 4-5 p.m. and follow Santa to Town Park for Caroling by Candlelight from 5-7 p.m.
An entirely free event, visit with Santa in his tent, roast marshmallows over a fire pit, and stay warm with a steaming cup of cocoa as The Missile Toes get ready to take the stage for a rockin’ Christmas.
The Missile Toes bring holiday cheer with their unique blend of Christmas favorites infused with swing, rockabilly, and New Orleans second-line rhythms. This Madison-based ensemble features local musicians Jamie Hood, Dr. Vince Campbell, Steven Martin, Rob Seymour, Tommy Jones, and Rob Roth. Their energetic performances transform traditional Christmas tunes into toe-tapping, upbeat rockers. The band will also lead the crowd in familiar carols to extend the holiday cheer.
