Indie rock band A.D. Blanco returns to the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center (MMCC) on Oct. 17, led by 2021 Morgan County High School graduate Bennet Evans.
Last year, A.D. Blanco had the MMCC crowd on its collective feet for much of its two-hour show. The concert featured a mix of A.D. Blanco originals and an eclectic mixture of hit covers, including Bruce Springsteen’s “Born to Run” and Rod Stewart’s “Maggie May.”
“The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center is proud to welcome back A.D. Blanco,” MMCC Managing Director David Nunn said. “The enthusiasm and collaboration A.D. Blanco brings to the show is unique and, honestly, a lot of fun.”
A.D. Blanco also incorporated several Morgan County High School music program students into its sets last year, including a dramatic finish featuring the MCHS Marching Band drumline coordinated with A.D. Blanco drummer Aaron White.
A.D. Blanco has released two EPs, April’s Fool (2023) and Second Life (2022), and the album Time Never Wasted (2021).
