Greene County District 4 Commissioner Ernie Filice advocated for a bill that would offer more regulation of Piedmont Water Company in an effort to bring relief to his constituents. “I can tell you every time I am in a store, church or somewhere else, people approach me with concerns over Piedmont Water,” he told the Georgia Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications Commission.
