Madison’s Senior Planning Officer Monica Callahan has asked the city to apply for three grants, including a Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), a Community Home Improvement Program (CHIP) grant from the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and a Redevelopment Fund (RDF) grant, also from the DCA.
