Gofundme established for devastated family

A Union Point family is facing an uphill battle after a devastating house fire on Sept. 5 destroyed most of their belongings.

According to Greene County Fire and Rescue, Engines 11, 12 and 13 responded to the residential house fire along with EMS units and found a single-story home with heavy fire showing through the roof and the rear of the structure.
