An Athens man pulled over for a faulty tag light became agitated after he was handcuffed and began to resist and threaten Greene County deputies trying to take him into custody Sept. 2.
Kenneth Deleon Ward Jr., 31, was charged with two counts of obstruction, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, interference with government property, probation violation and a tag light violation.
