Lake Oconee Elks visited the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville Aug. 25, where they hosted a social with pizza, ice cream, and cookies for 45 residents, plus staff. Members of Lake Oconee Elks visit the Georgia War Veterans Home monthly to host various events such as cookouts and bingo games, or to provide a catered meal from local restaurants. CONTRIBUTED
